Subject: Good Introduction on Meditation
Bhane Anandojoti provided a very clear and thoughtful discussion on the basics of mediation. He highlights much more the principle benefits of having a consistent meditation practice as opposed to focusing attention on the multitude of techniques and styles that currently exists. He thus avoids the need to discussion which technique is the "best", something that may potentially confuse listners new to the topic. His message of "anyone can do meditition, anywhere and the best time to start is now" is encourging and echoes well with novices such as me.
